Using forums in the counselling category

1. Choose one of the forum by clicking on the title of the forum.
   
   
2. This will bring up the requested forum with messages from the public and replies from trained Christian counsellors.
   
   
3. To add a message to the forum click on the Blue text saying "Post a new message".
   
   
4. You will be asked to complete a basic form.
   
   
5. Type in your question or message at the end of the form.
   
   
6. If your question or message is viewed publicly on the site, a counsellor will reply to the message. This reply will be published under your question and will be seen on the forum by everyone visiting the forum.
   
   
7. We cannot guarantee when our counsellors will send you a reply, as they are volunteer staff, ministering to Christians full time as trained counsellors. They will attend to your question as soon as possible.
