Shipping information
Order confirmation
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that
we have received your order and are processing it.
Shipping confirmation
You will then receive a second email from us at some point to notify you
as soon as your order has been shipped. All orders placed Monday through
Friday before 9h00 are shipped at least 24hours after the day that we receive
them, if in stock.
Orders submitted on a weekend
Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Please contact us at admin@christians.co.za
if you do not receive a second email from us within 2 business days confirming
shipment of your order.
Shipping address
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address. We use the Counter
to Counter delivery option. Your local post office will notify you when
your parcel has arrived.
Item not in stock
If the order is no longer in stock, you will be notified within one business
day and be given the opportunity to either backorder or cancel.
Distribution
Lux Verbi Online makes use of the Lux Verbi-BM distribution network.
